Enchanting Day At The Races
Melbourne graced us with an impeccable day as we gathered for the VIP Social event at the prestigious Melbourne Racing Club's Caulfield Cup. The ambiance was set to perfection within the MOËT & CHANDON Marquee, where a delicate blend of blush tones intertwined with opulent gold mirror features and exquisite floral arrangements, meticulously crafted by Harry The Hirer, graced the surroundings. Guests entered the event, effervescent with champagne, their anticipation heightened as they pondered the outcome of their horse bets.
Our mission was clear: to deliver a performance of enchantment, a floral and garden-themed act that had never before graced this particular setting. Our creative team rose to the occasion, presenting an act that would prove to be nothing short of mesmerizing.
Our creative team was responsible for the creation of The Goddesses stage show. The show dove into the lives of some of Mount Olympus most powerful Goddesses, one being Gaia best known as “Mother Earth” Her majestic voice and a unique costume concept were a seamless fit for this grand affair.
With a skilled ensemble comprising eight dancers, a lead singer, and a dedicated crew of three, our team meticulously prepared for the performance. Each dancer adorned custom-made forest nymph costumes, complemented by individualized hair and makeup. Our captivating lead singer, embodying the role of Gaia, underwent a stunning transformation, donning a custom wig and costume. The remaining part of her dress concealed a vertical garden feature within the marquee, doubling as an Instagram-worthy photo backdrop.

The performance commenced with the ethereal melodies of a harpist, booked by Beck Entertainment. A fawn and one of our nymphs seamlessly roved through the venue, showcasing their contortionist talents, drawing guests into a mystical realm. Amidst the elegance and intrigue, our lead singer discreetly took her place, while the remaining dancers concealed themselves beneath her voluminous forest attire.
As the enchanting sounds and movements held the audience captive, Gaia graced them with her otherworldly, chilling vocals, embodying the essence of a true goddess. Every guest fell into hushed reverence, capturing the moment with their phones, captivated by the extraordinary spectacle. Unbeknownst to them, the grandest surprise awaited. Our dancers emerged from beneath her dress, scattering throughout the entire venue, transforming the event into a veritable wonderland of world-class performances.
In an event already brimming with brilliance, this performance stood out as a highlight. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Melbourne Racing Club for the privilege of being a part of this remarkable occasion.
